  • Our official launch is planned for Early 2026. Select products, gift cards, and limited releases may be available ahead of launch as part of our early support phase.

  • Unlike traditional bowling apparel, our products are designed with a lifestyle-first mindset—clean, modern pieces that feel just as natural off the lanes as they do inside the center. We focus on quality materials, timeless design, and versatility, not loud graphics or short-term trends.

    Beyond apparel, we’re committed to reinvesting in the sport through community support and future initiatives that help grow bowling at every level.     We aim to respond as quickly as possible during normal business hours and appreciate your patience as a growing, independent brand.

  • We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping during special releases or events.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Shipping Disclaimer: Current product selections may have extended processing or shipping timelines. Please refer to each individual product page for the most accurate and up-to-date fulfillment information prior to placing your order.

    Shipping costs reflect packaging, handling, and carrier rates. During high-volume periods or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended. SPARE/WARE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact support@thespareware.com with your order number.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original order (if eligible) and placing a new one.

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and make it right.

  • Yes. All SPARE/WARE products are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.

  • To ensure longevity and preserve the quality of your SPARE/WARE apparel, we recommend gentle care practices. Wash garments inside-out using cold water on a gentle or delicate cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat. Proper care helps maintain fabric integrity, prints, embroidery, and overall fit.

  • Fit may vary by product. Please refer to each specific item’s sizing guide for the most accurate fit information. If you have additional questions before ordering, contact support@thespareware.com.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, SPARE/WARE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management, confirming the delivery address provided at checkout, and contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim. If you need assistance, please contact support@thespareware.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
