Terms & Conditions — International Orders

Effective Date: 30 March 2026

These International Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all international purchases made from SPARE/WARE. By placing an international order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Payment & Order Acceptance

Full payment is required prior to order processing, production (if applicable), and shipment. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

SPARE/WARE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The Customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or additional charges imposed by their financial institution or payment provider.

3. International Handling Fee

All international orders are subject to an international handling fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the order subtotal, excluding shipping, duties, taxes, and any additional fees.

This fee covers administrative processing, international compliance handling, packaging requirements, and operational costs associated with international fulfillment.

4. Shipping Costs & Fulfillment

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be clearly presented at checkout or invoicing.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SPARE/WARE is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

5. Address Accuracy & Confirmation

The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, postal code, and country.

By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms that the shipping information provided is accurate. SPARE/WARE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any costs associated with address corrections, reshipment, or loss due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Customs Declarations

All international shipments will be declared accurately in accordance with applicable customs laws and regulations. The declared value will reflect the actual purchase price of the goods.

SPARE/WARE will not alter, undervalue, or misrepresent shipment contents or value under any circumstance.

7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

The Customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees imposed by the destination country (including but not limited to the United Kingdom/Scotland).

These charges are not included in the purchase price, shipping cost, or handling fee and must be paid by the Customer to complete delivery.

Failure to pay required duties or taxes may result in delays, refusal, or return of the shipment.

8. Delivery Timelines & Customs Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, carrier processing, weather conditions, geopolitical events, or other factors outside of SPARE/WARE’s control.

SPARE/WARE is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address information, or failure to accept delivery:

• The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• Any reshipment will require additional payment

Refunds, if issued at SPARE/WARE’s sole discretion, will exclude shipping, handling, and any incurred fees.

10. Loss, Theft, or Damage in Transit

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier.

SPARE/WARE is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

SPARE/WARE may assist with documentation but assumes no liability.

11. Carrier Responsibility

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. SPARE/WARE is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, service interruptions, or tracking inaccuracies.

12. Product Availability & Order Modifications

SPARE/WARE reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, production issues, or operational constraints.

In such cases, the Customer will be notified and refunded if applicable.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to contact SPARE/WARE directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Denial of future service

• Recovery of associated fees

• Additional action as permitted by law

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPARE/WARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, or use of its products.

15. All Sales Final

All international orders are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless required by applicable law.

16. Compliance with Local Laws

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that purchased items comply with all local laws and import regulations of the destination country.

SPARE/WARE is not responsible for items that are restricted, prohibited, or seized by customs authorities.

17. Updates to Terms

SPARE/WARE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an international order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
